Pormal ng nagsampa ng reklamo ang actress na si Debbie Garcia laban kay Barbie Imperial dahil sa umanoy pananakit nito sa kanya.

Matatandaan na nagviral kahapon ang isang CCTV video ng umanoy pisikalan nina Barbie at Debie sa isang bar sa Quezon City.

Tatlong kaso ang isinampa ni Debbie laban kay Barbie. 

Ito ay ang mga kasong slight physical injury, grave oral defamation, at grave slander by deed .
